Counting Calories / Weight Watchers ????

I have done weight watchers for years. But for some reason its just not working this time around. Does anyone know about the counting calories. To lose weight what should my calories be?? I’ve got to get this extra weight off!! Just having a hard time this go around!! Maybe its the age thing catching up with me and the kids… Who Knows..  I NEED HELP!!!

    I started with weight watchers which DOES work, but like you, I needed a change. I think I got bored…

    Go to www.calorieking.com its a great starting point.

    There is NO EXACT science for how many calories your body needs, but there are rough estimates. I started at 1500 a day and worked down to 1200. You should NEVER go below 1200…

    YOu may have to experiment a bit to get it right…

    WOW…..I just joined today for the EXACT reason…WW is just not working for me this time around!!!!  I think alot of it, for me anyway, is I need to just start fresh with something.  I have been counting points for so many years already that I honestly am just sick of it.

    I just want to eat healthy foods, plug it in see where my calories are at and be done with that.  I love to workout, so that is not a factor for me really.

    wow i feel like im in the same boat. im sick of counting points…but counting calories seems like something id like to do.  i think im just afraid to try something new since ive been doing ww for so long.
