MADE IT THROUGH

Yesterday was day one of the diet.  I didn’t cheat & wrote everything down that I put into my mouth. Which sometimes having two kids you always want a small bite. We walked two miles last night. Needless to say I feel good today . I’ve really got to make this work this time!!          Hope Everyone is having a good day so far.  Anyone got any breakfast ideas ??  I could really go for something new. I usually just have toast and coffee. Or a Kelloggs bar. Got to have something quick today!!

    Hi there!  Yesterday was day one counting calories for me.  I had a good day too!

    Keep up the good work! 

    Oh….as for breakfast….I usually eat at work so I do either instant oatmeal, yogurt w/ cereal mixed in(its actually good!) or yogurt and a piece of fruit.  Also….those Boca Breakfast wraps are really good.

    Well sounds like your off to a good start ! My only suggestion for breakfast is to make sure you get protein in there. Breakfast sort of sets the mood for the entire day.. and if you eat just bread you may find yourself extremely hungry just a few hours later. Add some eggs white to the toast and maybe some green tea which will fend off hunger. GOOD LUCK !

    Let me know how the calorie counting goes for you. I have been thinking thats what I want to do. Just not real sure about trying it right now. I am very familiar with WW and I guess I feel more comfortable with that and just afraid to try something else.   I have a friend that did 1000 calories and she lost over 100 lbs but I have heard thats not healthy. Thats why Im confused on the numbers!!  Thank ya’ll for the breakfast ideas that may help. This morning I had a waffle and some coffee. My stomach is already growling. Gotta make it to atleast lunch time!! THANKS for all the feed back!!
