HELP!!!

I have got a question that hopefully someone can help me….

I somehow got a virus on my computer. We have a antivirus blocker on the computer and it keeps saying it was deleted but it’s not. It keeps sending all these pop ups on my computer and making it impossible to get on here. What can I do??

Everyone be careful I got the virus by either putting the pictures on here or by the Hoodia thing on the home page. I honostly think it was the Hoodia thing but not 100%.

If anyone can please tell me what to do I would really appreciate it!! I can NOT live without my computer!!!

I’m sorry to hear about your comp…..I have no idea how to help you cuz I know nothing about virus stuff. I really hope you didn’t get the virus from here!!

Maybe someone out there will be able to help you. I hope so anyway.

if you can’t run your antivirus program then you may have a problem. you say it’s lots of pop ups. it may be that you are infected with spyware. you may have to go online and download a free trial of spybot search and destroy to see if that helps. normally i would suggest updating your anti virus then doing a scan but you may have to reinstall it if it’s being affected.

You can try going to lavasoft and downloading “ad -aware” run it and see if it removes the junk…. also you might want to clean up the unneccessary files from your C drive…. do that by going to programs-accessories-system tools-disk clean up

check all the boxes and hit ok.

Thanks for all the help. I will try it. I have bunches of pictures saved in my kodak easy share on my computer. Do you know if doing the clean up and the spybot thing will erase my pictures?
