BLAH!!!

I need some help. Im not too sure whats wrong with me. This is going on the 3rd week that I just feel so drained. Im making sure I eat right and exercising but I just have no get up and go. I am pushing myself through my walks and my challanges.  I just don’t feel good. I can’t really put my finger on it. Can anyone help??

    Maybe you are lacking in some vitamins. Do you take a multi-vitamin? Or are you getting enough sleep? I hope you can figure it out. If you think there is some kind of problem see your doctor to rule anything else out. Good luck finding the problem Tanis.

    That’s too bad. You should feel awesome! There are so many reasons we women get drained but I believe that 3 weeks is worth getting checked out. I wish you luck! Lets us know how you’re doing.

    You may not be getting enough nutrients, so perhaps some vitamins will help and also, some much needed zzzz’s. Are you getting enough sleep?
