    Not sure what the Hot Rod thing is. More info would be great. Is this a weight loss thing? Thanks!

    The HotRods compete against the Wildcats. You weigh in once a week and you are just here to motivate your team members. At the end of the week which ever team has lost the most weight wins. It is all just in fun everyone trying to loose weight and stay on track.
