Just wanted to say Hi!! I’ve been trying to keep up with all the blogs but have not been a good buddy at all this week!! Two words SUMMER VACATION!!!  My son (6) is out of school and you have to keep him and my daughter(2) completely occupied or I have a total MESS! My daughter decided today she wanted to paint her nails while I tried to get on the computer. Thank god she stayed in the bathroom. Her toes were a beautiful pink and so were her feet and her fingernails and her arms.

Hope everyone is doing well!! I have stayed on top of all my challanges!! Thank goodness!!

I hope what i have left of my sanity makes it through the summer!!

What i want to know is I have been very strict on my diet for going on 4 weeks. (It has actually been longer than that) But I have been really keeping track for 4 weeks. I have lost 1 pound and that is it.  Why is that? I have been struggling with these extra pounds for almost 2 years and it is starting to get very frustrating. We are going on vacation next weekend and I thought I could have lost this by now.  Its just not happening. Im just trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know. UGHH!! I am so frustrated it is not even funny!! I have worked so hard to get this far and now I can’t get this last bit off to make it to my goal!!!  Sorry to vent but I just feel like screaming right now!!!

HELP!!! My daughter is up from her nap and my son is home from school. They again today have jelly beans.(the Starburst kind) MY FAVORITE thing in the world!!! They keep dropping them in the kitchen floor. Mostly they see this and pick them up but I have gone in there and there was two laying on the floor. My impulse I picked them up and put them in my mouth. What am I doing I thought…. My points have gone sooo well today SPIT THEM OUT!!! So I did. I have got to better with this Control. Right now I want them so bad I can taste them. The answer to the question I know you are all thinking…. No I am not even hungry. This is why I can’t get these pounds off. I love candy!!! And they still have some left from Easter and I can’t just throw it away. They only eat very little of it but I LOVE IT!!!

Why do I just keep putting stuff in my mouth?? Why can’t I stop??

I typed my blog and I go to submit it and it just disappears. What in the world!!!!

Anyway, I got up this morning and thought to myself I can just sit and dwell  or I can actually get out and do something about it. So my daughter and I got out and walked 2 miles. She likes to go and it makes me feel better too.

As I was walking I remembered that this is my monthly week. If I would have thought about that Saturday I would not have done an early weigh in. My actual weigh in day is not even until tomorrow. Don’t know what I was thinking. Let me ask you girls, How much do you usually go up at that time of the month? My weigh in day is tomorrow would you just wait until next week?

Isn’t it amazing what one negative comment can make. One negative comment can wipe out 10 positives. What’s up with that?! That is just too SILLY!!!

This is a new week and I will continue to do the best I can. 

I am so down right now its not even funny. I don’t even know where to start. My Saturday I started off very well ate very little I knew I had a concert to go to last night. We went out to eat and I only ate half of my sandwich and 0 french frys.(thats all it came with) But through the night I did have a couple of beers. Couldn’t resist!! It just makes me so discouraged because I work so hard during the week and come the weekend it just hits the fan. But what is discouraging is yesterday morning I did an early weigh in and still at the same place I have been for a long time. I will say I have been stuck at this point for a year.  I don’t know what else to do.  What also makes me frustrated is my sister in-law. She is small. And she is always commenting on my weight. Remarks like “Can’t get it off?” or she will just talk about “Oh I’m a size 2″ Look at me!! BLAH- BLAH- BLAH. What she fails to mention is she doesn’t eat PERIOD!!! She starves herself. Im just too old for that nonsense!! Thats old!! We did that when.. in high school. 

Sorry, Im just rambling on and on. I just feel so discouraged right now. I don’t know what else to do.

Yesterday was day one of the diet.  I didn’t cheat & wrote everything down that I put into my mouth. Which sometimes having two kids you always want a small bite. We walked two miles last night. Needless to say I feel good today . I’ve really got to make this work this time!!          Hope Everyone is having a good day so far.  Anyone got any breakfast ideas ??  I could really go for something new. I usually just have toast and coffee. Or a Kelloggs bar. Got to have something quick today!!
